The Meadow Croft Food & Drink Festival 2022
Saturday 13th August - Sunday 14th August 2022
Treat yourself to a perfect foodie day out.
After 2 successful years, we will be making our Food & Drink Festival, bigger and better than ever for 2022, with lots of old favourites as well as new and exciting products to tempt you.
With over 30 stalls, we host a selection of some of the finest artisan food & drink suppliers we can find, many of which are based locally. The Tiptree Bus will be back again to serve cream tea and cocktails throughout the weekend. The 1976 route master has been expertly converted with a stylish upper deck with seating and a rather clever hydraulic roof, making it the perfect spot to enjoy a Tiptree tipple.
Our bar will be serving local Newhall Wine and award-winning Crouch Vale Beer as well as some German Beer and more!
Our stallholders will be cooking up a storm so treat those tastebuds to different cuisines and new flavours throughout the day or why not fill up your shopping bags to the brim of fresh, local produce to take home.
You’ll be able to shop mouthwatering chutneys, delicious cheese, flavoursome nuts and olives, freshly baked breads and cakes, locally brewed and distilled alcohol, freshly pressed juices and much, much more!
Trudles doodles will be on hand to face paint the children with any design they wish and our traditional fete style games will be open too for lots of fun. Our Mini Meadows Golf Course and Play Area will also be open all weekend.
The festival is held on the field at the back of our rose garden with a marquee set up for our live music stage to entertain guests. Bop away beside the main stage, enjoy the food and drink on offer and kick back and relax amongst the straw bales to enjoy the wonderful atmosphere of this much-loved festival!
Each year, Meadow Croft supports a charity and all fundraising proceeds are sent to that charity. This year, we will be supporting Parkinson’s. We will be selling raffle tickets throughout the weekend - we always have a huge selection of prizes available to win, from Food & Drink Hampers to Homewares and garden products so make sure you enter the raffle whilst you’re there. You have to be in it, to win it!
The garden centre & restaurant ‘Meadow Croft Kitchen’ will be open all weekend as normal.
Save the dates and come and soak up the festival atmosphere.
A fun filled event for the whole family!

Where to Find Us
The Food & Drink Festival is held on our events field at the back of our rose garden. Entry will be through the garden centre itself. Free parking is available in our main and overflow carparks.
Whilst we strive to be disabled friendly with separate toilets, ramps and wheelchairs available for use, we have to advise that because our festival is held on our events field and open to all the elements, the weather can sometimes make it difficult for wheelchair users.
