Our childrens events are extremely popular! With so many characters to meet throughout the year and delicious food to taste at Meadow Croft Kitchen, you’re bound to find the perfect event for your family.
Tickets must be pre-booked.
If food is included in the event, Meadow Croft Kitchen will try their best to seat bookings together if requested. Please email [email protected] to submit your request.
Childrens events are very popular, and we strongly recommend that you make your reservation as soon as tickets are released.
Kids Festive Pottery Painting
Friday 4th December
2 Arrival Slots: 4pm or 4:30pm
Join us in the restaurant and get ready for a fun-filled afternoon of creativity at our Kids Festive Pottery Painting event! This is the perfect chance for your little artists to dive into colourful paints and personalize their own pottery pieces. Whether it’s a holiday gift or a keepsake, every creation will be unique and full of festive cheer. Join us in person for smiles, laughs, and lots of artistic fun. Grab your spot and let the painting party begin!
Included in your ticket:
Margherita or Pepperoni pizza
Squash and water for the table.
The bar will be open for parents to purchase hot/cold drinks, cakes, and snacks.
Pottery items are charged in addition, between £15-£25. This price includes the session with all underglaze paints, guidance and afterwards hand dipping in clear glaze, firing in the kiln, packaging, and returning the finished item back to Meadow Croft ready for your collection.

Afternoon Tea with Father Christmas

Enjoy a delicious Afternoon Tea and magical visit from Father Christmas at our cozy Afternoon Tea event!
Enjoy delicious treats made in-house and unlimited hot drinks while catching up with the one and only Father Christmas. It’s the perfect way to get into the holiday spirit, share your wish list, and make magical memories. Bring your friends and family along – everyone’s welcome!
Arrive at 11:30am, we'll get you settled at your table with some festive activities for the kids and serve your delicious Afternoon Tea at 12pm. Please note that due to the nature of the event, on this occasion we are unable to cater for allergies.
Father Christmas will be on hand to make your visit extra special, and children will get the chance to complete that all important gift list!
